1. Booking Materials and Consumables
For Vedic Pujas, Havans, and Anusthans, significant preparations are made in advance, including the procurement of sacred ingredients (Samagri), arranging specialized pandits, and scheduling the auspicious time (Muhurat). Therefore, costs associated with puja materials and pre-allocated arrangements are non-refundable once acquired.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Devotees may request to reschedule a booked puja or consultation to a future date free of charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Muhurat.

3. Refund Terms
Refund requests for bookings canceled at least 48 hours in advance will be processed within 5-7 business days, minus payment gateway charges and any expenses already incurred for puja materials. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled Muhurat are not eligible for a refund, but rescheduling can be discussed under special circumstances.
4. Non-performance of Rituals
In the rare event that a booked ritual cannot be performed by our team due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure or health emergencies), devotees will be offered a choice between a 100% full refund or rescheduling to another mutually agreed auspicious date.
